october 2025 regina tsasis was born and raised in Vallejo, California (c/o 2000 VHS). She earned a BA in Film Production with a concentration in Directing for Film from UCLA in 2005. KORE, her first narrative feature film project, is set in Vallejo in 1999 and was listed by American Zoetrope in 2023 and 2024 as a Semi-Finalist and Finalist for the AZ Annual Screenplay Competition, respectively. Her October residency at Winslow House is in support of this project.
